As a matter of fact, the first record of pineapples in Tahiti dates back to 1777 in British explorer’s Captain Cook’s voyage log. As for Queen Tahiti pineapples, they are long and cylindrical with a golden yellow rind and a succulent, bright yellow flesh. In addition, these pineapples, like all other pineapples, contain a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and enzymes like bromelain that may collectively boost immunity and suppress inflammation
