Though almost inherently associated with New Zealand, the Baby Kiwifruit is actually native to China and Korea. These kiwifruits are small berries, just a little smaller than a grape, with a razor thin fuzz-free smooth skin. Besides, their exterior is more vibrant than a common kiwi fruit, with a color of muted green that has hints of purple and brown. Nutrition-wise, Baby kiwis are rich in vitamin C, potassium, fiber, calcium, iron and vitamins A and E. According to a study, kiwi is a good source of serotonin, which helps in improving sleep quality in adults with sleep disturbances. It may also help in improving the sleep onset and in reducing waking time after the onset
