Description

Huckleberries were traditionally collected by Native American for use as food or traditional medicine. They are smooth, round fruits that range in color from red to dark blue. Besides, these sweet-tart flavor-packed berries are somewhat comparable to blueberries but more woodsy, almost vinous. In addition, huckleberries contain high amounts of vitamin B and vitamin C. They are also a good source of potassium which is useful for carrying out different functions in the body.
