Grazia arugula is a relatively new variety of wild arugula, which in turn is native to Europe, western Asia and northern Africa. It has thin, deeply lobed leaves with a fiery, nutty flavor. Besides, it is a good source of folic acid, calcium and iron. In addition, Grazia arugula contains vitamin C and beta-carotene, not to mention that it also contains phytochemicals like those found in broccoli and cabbage, which have been shown to inhibit tumor growth.
