Developed by breeder Michael Dickson, this Orange cauliflower was grown in 1970 in Toronto. This one is basically a petite version of mature Orange cauliflower, and is made up of tightly bound clusters of florets that form small heads. The flavor of this cauliflower is actually mild with nutty sweet nuances, a taste which is amplified when roasted. Besides, Baby Orange cauliflower is rich in beta carotene, a form of vitamin A, which gives it the bright orange color. In addition, all cauliflowers contain a high amount of fiber, which is important for digestive health and may reduce the risk of several chronic diseases.
