Caulilini Sweet Stem cauliflower is a very new variety that was introduced in 2017. The heads of this variety are firm, with a few large, cabbage-like leaves growing around them. Besides, the entirely edible stems and flowers offer a succulent texture and sweet, nutty flavor with none of the typical brassica aroma or bitter taste. Nutrition-wise, Caulilini contains dietary fiber, a small amount of protein and iron, and is also a source of calcium and potassium. All cauliflowers provide a significant amount of antioxidants, which are beneficial for reducing inflammation and protecting against several chronic diseases.
