Description

Originated in the West Indies, Hairy eggplants are medicinally used in Asia and South America to provide relief for a variety of issues. These eggplants are small and round, with an outer skin that is covered in a fine layer of prickly hair. Hairy eggplants are actually tangy and have a tropical, floral taste with a crunchy bite. Besides, they contain vitamin C, fiber, and some potassium and manganese. Eggplants are also wonderful sources of phytonutrients, which have long been thought to assist in boosting cognitive activity and general mental health. Therefore, consuming them is as important as consuming all the other things that we know are essential for our well-being.
