Description

“The Agen plum” was in fact immensely popular from the 17th century to the end of the 19th century. These fruits were taken around the world, to every continent, where they were appreciated by sailors for their flavor and nutrients. Agen Prunes are basically the dried version of “Prunes d’ente”, not to mention that they’re mighty nutritious. For one, did you know that just 1 prune provides 3% of the recommended daily intake of fiber? Besides, Sorbitol, the natural sugar present in prunes, functions as a laxative because it pulls moisture into the digestive tract and facilitates bowel movements.
