Description

Native to the Andes Mountains of Argentina, Oak Leaves papayas are small and have gold to peachy-orange exterior along with an orange pulpy, sweet flesh that is distinguished by its rich tropical notes. Nutrition-wise, these fruits are rich in vitamins A and C, calcium, phosphates, magnesium and iron. As a matter of fact, the risk of developing asthma is lower in people who consume a high amount of certain nutrients like beta-carotene, which is contained in foods like papaya, apricots, broccoli, cantaloupe, pumpkin, and carrots.
