When it comes to its nutritional benefits, the nectarine fruit has a whole slew of them that are worth mentioning. According to one study, the intake of a minimum of 2 servings of nectarines or peaches in a week can cut the risk of breast cancer in post-menopausal women. Consumption of the fruit was also linked to a lower risk of tumors.
