Description

Black raspberries are indigenous only to North America, specifically coastal areas along the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. This fruit offers a rich, sweet taste, although it is not overly juicy when compared to the red raspberry or the blackberry. In addition, Black raspberries are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and folic acid, minerals such as calcium, selenium, zinc as well as fibre and anthocyanins, which in turn aid in inhibiting the development of esophageal cancer, reduce inflammation and decrease macrophages and neutrophils
