Grown primarily in Southern and Central Mexico, Ataulfo mangoes are distinguished by their beautifully oval shape and golden yellow skin. Besides, their flesh is soft, sweet and juicy. Nutrition-wise, these golden beauties are rich in vitamins A, B, and C as well as dietary fiber, not to mention that they are a good source of carbohydrates.
