When it comes to its mechanism of action, this medication basically blocks the effects of said natural substance, thereby lowering blood pressure in the lungs and helping your heart pump blood more efficiently. As a result, it will improve your ability to exercise. Bear in mind that Bosentan must not be used during pregnancy as it causes harm to the fetus. It is also worth noting that this treatment may render hormonal contraceptives ineffective, which means that other forms of birth control must be used instead.
