Description

Burgers (Or hamburgers) first appeared in the 19th or early 20th century due to the high demand for mass-produced, affordable food that could be consumed outside of the home. A burger is basically a sandwich consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat, usually beef, placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. In addition, it is often served with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, or chiles. Despite their terrible reputation, burgers, especially those made with lean ground beef, can actually boost your health rather than impair it, provided you eat them only on occasion. Furthermore, burgers contain several vitamins, most of which belong to the B family. It is worth noting that the B vitamins are needed to turn food into energy and for the development of red blood cells.
