Besides, these lettuces contain vitamins A, C, and K, potassium, iron, calcium, and fiber. In addition, they possess anti-inflammatory properties that help in controlling inflammation. Appearance-wise, these lettuces are lighter in color, ranging from pale lime green to translucent ivory, not to mention that they’re crisp, yet tender with a more rounded shape than their mature counterparts.
